Something isn’t right in the waters of Apollo.
A creeping malaise is seeping into the streams and wells that once shimmered with healing magic. Townsfolk speak in hushed tones of strange dreams, half-forgotten memories, and the eerie stillness of forest pools. Crops are wilting. Animals refuse to drink. The local alchemists are baffled. The druids? Silent.
That’s where you come in.
We’re thrilled to announce that the LARP adventure is back on with a new Dungeon Master at the helm! Brian will be stepping in for Dan (who is recovering from the plague and sends their best), and he’s bringing an original mystery for would-be adventurers to unravel: The Afflicted Waters of Apollo.
How It Works: Adventurers will gather at 2PM on Saturday and Sunday to receive their quest. Before setting off, you’ll draw two enchanted items from the mysterious Trunk of Holding—a treasure chest full of curious artifacts like spell scrolls, cloaks, amulets, and swords. Choose wisely, because while you may borrow both for the quest, you get to keep one as a souvenir of your journey.
This LARP is designed to be fun and beginner-friendly. You won’t need any elaborate gear—just your imagination, curiosity, and a sense of adventure. Costumes are encouraged but not required. You can team up with friends, go solo, or join forces with new allies you meet at the con. The world is watching, and your choices will shape what unfolds.
Whether you're a seasoned live-action roleplayer or this is your first time dipping your toes into the world of interactive storytelling, The Afflicted Waters of Apollo offers a unique way to explore, connect, and be a hero for a day.
Grab your enchanted trinkets, steady your resolve, and step into the story!
